This is a poem I wrote not long ago...
Walking,
Walking
Vision filled with empty void.
Ahead and adjacent,
All the same
Beads of sweat stain my brow
As the sun fills my pores.
Orange glowing Red
Burning,
Biting
Nothing remains
But to walk...
Sand stretching Infinite
As far as the eye can see.
Having lived many a tale
And having been to all corners
As had risen a Blessing
Fallen a Woe
Crowds experienced to only,
A culminations of solitude
Apex
Further, dragging
All to the point of the horizon
Lying ahead.
Shadow stretching into height of the Abyss
Feet sinking side by side slowly churning
As a machine grinding crystal of sand,
Into the Abyss lying ahead
All is dire
All is distraught
I walked and saw
What had been given to me.
What was meant to be.
What has been seen.
Oh - How Beautiful!
Trees and leaves of Jade
Lakes of blissful azure
Translucent oasis, not far, and forever away
There had been a glimpse of a dream.
Mother,
I had thought as I ever have deeply,
With a tear.
Would I be free?
This prison of empty space, agoraphobic madness
Forceful presence in authoritarian postures...
Pulling in every direction, and ripped apart.
It is a part of me, I know
But now I have made it,
I believe!
It has come, the Ultimate
All had been summoned, and All was dispersed
Gone, together.
The Final Resolution
Never so Beautiful has my Life been, as now culminated
Into the Void
Apex
The time has come
It got hot
It was over.
